Our weekly video calls

are like a coffee date with new friends and an expert coach: hear insights about specific topics, ask the questions that matter to you, or just listen to relevant conversation with like-brained people. I plan a theme for each week, and how we explore that depends on what's actually happening in your world.

    After working with the 8 Seasons Cycle for 15 years (and serving 1:1 clients for 8 years), I launched a group coaching program last spring. But many folks said their favorite part was connecting with like-brained people experiencing similar struggles and similar successes. That’s when I realized that even more than group coaching, this is an online community.

    Our weekly calls are designed to help you take small actions that make a big difference. You’ll choose simple, accessible practices to implement, and get support from your community with actually following through. I post video highlights on Cohere (a social media space dedicated to our community), plus call summaries and infographics to make the new content more digestible.

    And, most importantly, a whole community available to offer connection and peer-to-peer support 24/7.

    • We connect over Zoom every Thursday at 1pm Eastern.

    • Replays, highlights, supportive resources and more are posted on Cohere, a social media platform just for our community.

    • You’ll get emails reminding you of upcoming sessions, and summarizing each week’s call.

      Then we’ll keep diving deeper: rhythms of the week and the work session, productivity hacks, emotional regulation tools, psychological skills, and a whole lot of self-compassion.

      What sets Kai apart from other coaches is their deep connection with nature and their extensive experience in the wild. Camping for months at a time, learning and teaching traditional skills, and deeply connecting with natural rhythms.

      Combining this with a background in business creates a truly unique perspective that can cut through the bullshit and create real change with less effort.

      Questions I get a lot:

      What will the coaching calls focus on?

      Each week will focus on a topic under the umbrellas of rhythmic living, executive functioning and navigating neurodivergence. We’ll start with topics I’ve touched on in my social media content: task initiation, daily rhythms, effective use of time, personal habits, accommodating ourselves at home and in the workplace, reducing stress, improving the various aspects of executive function.

      How many folks will be on each call?

      To make sure each person on the call has a chance to get their questions answered, I’m planning to keep each call to 15 folks or less. As each call fills up, I’ll start another, so you’ll always have space to participate at your comfort level.

      What is the format of the coaching calls?

      We’ll connect over zoom. I’ll start each call by asking about successes and struggles implementing the concepts from the previous call, and coaching around all of that. Then I’ll introduce a new concept related to executive functioning, adhd management, rhythmic living, etc; with a focus on practical implementation. You’ll have a chance to ask questions, talk through challenges implementing similar strategies in the past, etc. And each week I’ll recommend a first step or two to start putting it all into practice. 

      Will the calls involve break-out groups?

      I do not plan to have break-out groups.

      How long are the calls?

      60 minutes each week.

      How will I access call recordings?

      The membership program includes access to a dedicated social media platform called Cohere. Each week we’ll upload the full recording, video highlights, a transcript, summaries, suggested practices, and any other resources (documents, pdfs, etc). So the material from each week will live in one easy-to-access place where you can also ask questions of me and the whole community.

      What are the daily coworking sessions?

      Each weekday (Mon-Fri), Kai or another member of the community hosts a virtual coworking session via zoom. We each share what we’re working on and why it’s important to us, then work in sprints & breaks for about 2 hours. Virtual body doubling. Totally optional, always available.

      How does the community forum work?

      We will use Cohere, the platform where we connect, watch past recordings, and more.

      Eventually the call recordings and other resources will be hosted on the 8 Seasons app, which will include a community forum within the app.

      Am I committing to multiple months?

      Each cohort is designed to last 6 months, after which you can join the always-ongoing community calls. But you are not committed to those six months, and you can cancel if you’re not getting value from the project.
